At Harris Palace, I believe beautiful skin isn’t about chasing perfection or trying to look like someone else.
It’s about understanding your skin, supporting it and helping it become the healthiest, strongest and most radiant version of you.
I believe in honest advice, intelligent treatments and results that still look like you. Sometimes that means an advanced treatment. Sometimes it means keeping things simple. And sometimes, I’ll tell you that you don’t need the treatment at all.
I don’t believe in injecting toxins to work against our skin. I believe in working with it. It really is amazing what it can do when given a helping hand.
My approach combines skin education, quality skincare and advanced technology with a personal touch because I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach.

THE BEGINNING
How Harris Palace Began
It started with furlough. Like a lot of people, Covid gave me something I hadn’t had in years: time. And in that time, I realised just how much of my life I had given to work.
I spent over 20 years in retail, 14 of them in a phone shop and 12 of those as manager. I loved it. But somewhere along the way I knew I wanted more time with my family, and work that genuinely made other people feel good. Because making others feel good always made me feel good too.
I didn’t come to skincare early. Honestly, I was a baby wipe kind of girl. Skincare wasn’t really on my radar until I became a rep, selling skincare products, and that’s where the passion and the knowledge first began.
I tried a few paths. I became an independent travel agent for a while, because travel has always been one of my great loves. And it was during that time that I had my very first proper facial.
“That’s when it hit me. I want to make people feel exactly like I felt during and after that facial.”
So I trained. I started part time, from home. Our home had been nicknamed The Harris Palace for years, long before any of this began. So when I was trying hard to find a good name for the clinic, Rosie-May said “why don’t you just call it Harris Palace?” And it was as simple as that.
That’s the story. A girl who never expected to love skincare, and now can’t imagine doing anything else. 🧡
ABOUT ME
The Person Behind the Palace
Outside the clinic, I am happily married, 14 years and counting, with two daughters and two very opinionated French Bulldogs who think they run the house. (They do.)
Family time and travel are my two great loves. If I’m not at Harris Palace, I’m almost certainly planning the next adventure, making someone laugh, or doing both at the same time.
I also have a very personal reason for everything I do here. I want to age looking and feeling the best I possibly can. I know a lot of my clients feel the same way. I believe in advanced treatments that support natural-looking results without injectables or surgery.
Every single treatment I provide is one I have personally researched and tried on myself first. If I wouldn’t have it done, I won’t do it to you.

Health Inspectorate Wales
Harris Palace is registered as an Independent Hospital with Health Inspectorate Wales (HIW). This registration is a legal requirement in Wales for clinics offering diode laser hair removal. It confirms that Harris Palace meets the required regulatory standards for providing this treatment.
WHAT IS HIW?
Health Inspectorate Wales is the independent inspectorate and regulator of all healthcare in Wales. It operates on behalf of the Welsh Government and holds healthcare providers to the same rigorous standards applied to NHS hospitals and registered medical clinics.
To be registered as an Independent Hospital with HIW, a clinic must meet strict requirements around clinical safety, hygiene, governance, staff competency, and the quality of care provided. Registration is not automatic. It requires formal inspection and ongoing compliance.
What this means for you: when you visit Harris Palace, you are being treated in a facility held to the highest regulatory standard in Wales. Not a beauty salon, not a pop-up clinic. A registered, inspected, approved Independent Hospital.
