Terms and Conditions

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time, as I need to ensure the next client can be seen as scheduled. The full appointment price may still apply.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

A booking fee may be required for certain treatments, appointments or new clients.

Where a booking fee is taken, this will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Booking fees may be non refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rearranged outside of the cancellation terms above.

If an appointment is rearranged, any booking fee paid will be moved to your next appointment.

Some treatments may require a consultation, patch test or medical history form before treatment can be carried out.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about your health, medication, allergies, skin conditions, previous treatments and any other information that may affect your suitability for treatment.

For your safety, Harris Palace reserves the right to refuse or postpone a treatment if it is considered unsuitable or unsafe to proceed.

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors including skin condition, lifestyle, age, aftercare and individual response to treatment.

While every treatment is carried out with care and professional attention, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Before and after photographs may be taken with your permission to monitor progress and results.

Following your treatment, you will be provided with appropriate aftercare advice where required.

Following aftercare recommendations is an important part of achieving the best possible results and reducing the risk of complications. Harris Palace cannot be held responsible for problems arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.

Treatment prices are displayed on the Harris Palace website and or confirmed at the time of booking.

Prices may be subject to change. The price applicable at the time of your appointment will be confirmed before treatment where necessary.

Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Any personal information, consultation details and treatment records provided to Harris Palace will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

Harris Palace reserves the right to refuse treatment where there is a genuine concern regarding suitability, safety, inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or failure to follow clinic policies.

By making an appointment with Harris Palace, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on the Harris Palace website.
