Before and after photographs may also be taken with your permission to monitor your treatment progress.

Your information is used to arrange appointments, assess whether a treatment is suitable for you, provide treatments safely, give appropriate aftercare and maintain accurate treatment records.

I will only use photographs for the website, social media or promotional purposes where you have given permission.

Only Janis Harris can access the client information held by Harris Palace.

Information may be processed through services used for bookings or email where this is necessary to manage your appointment.

Client information is normally kept for between six months and three years, depending on the type of information and why it is needed.

Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or destroyed.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect your information and prevent it from being lost, misused or accessed without permission.

Harris Palace does not sell your personal information.

You can ask what information Harris Palace holds about you and request that inaccurate information is corrected.

You may also ask for information to be deleted where there is no legal or professional reason for it to be retained.

When enabled, website analytics provided through Replit help me understand which pages are visited and how visitors use booking, contact, directions and social links.

Custom events record the type of action and where it happened on the website. They do not include your name, email address, telephone number, medical information or the text you enter in the treatment enquiry form. A booking click or email enquiry action does not confirm that an appointment was booked or an email was sent.

If you follow a link to an external booking or social media service, that service will have its own privacy and cookie information.
